You can go by car or by bus from Černý Důl to the small town Pec pod Sněžkou. From here go in the direction of cable car station, which is well marked, you will reach it in 10 minutes. You can buy a ticket up to Růžová hora (1390 metres above sea level) and then go by foot up to Sněžka (1602 metres above sea level) or a ticket directly up to Sněžka mountain. You will have wonderful views to the countryside in Polish and Czech Krkonoše. Then go down by red marked path to the chalet Slaski Dom. Turn left to the blue marked path, and go down the Obří Důl (Giant mien) back to Pec pod Sněžkou.
